What is Alactic Communications?

It’s a workspace for managing WhatsApp customer conversations with your team. Your inbox, campaigns, contacts, chatbot settings, workflows and follow-ups sit together in one product.

What happens after the seven-day trial?

Choose ₹999 monthly or ₹9,999 annually to continue with a paid Communications subscription. Both amounts include applicable GST. Starting a trial does not make a subscription payment.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

You can create your workspace first. To send and receive live messages, connect an eligible number and WhatsApp Business account through the Meta setup in Settings. Connection requirements depend on your account and number.

Are templates approved automatically?

You can create and submit templates from Template Studio. Meta reviews them and decides whether to approve them; approval and review times are not guaranteed. Customer consent and WhatsApp’s messaging rules still apply. Read WhatsApp’s policy ↗

Can my team take over from the assistant?

Yes. Human takeover is available in the inbox. Your team can respond directly, assign the conversation and add a private note for the next teammate.

What if two workflows match the same message?

The builder checks for conflicting triggers and actions before publishing. During execution, an active conversation has priority and competing replies are suppressed. Compatible actions, such as adding contact tags, can still run alongside it.

Does the subscription include WhatsApp message charges?

No. Your Alactic subscription and Meta messaging charges are separate. Meta charges depend on the messages you send and your WhatsApp account’s payment arrangement. Any additional AI usage is also separate.
